The first payment of $2,000 will be due in Sept. of 2022 and the second in Oct. of 2022

Website Care Package (Professional) - $97 Billed monthly for a single website. Includes hosting, and site maintenance for software updates (i.e. Core WordPress Updates, Themes, and Plugins).

Premium Hosting Provided | SSL Certificate Included

Also includes up to 1 hour of complimentary website updates including the maintenance listed above. Unused website update hours may not be rolled over to a following month. May not be used for non-website related services (i.e. Social Media, Print, SEO, Email, Graphic Design, or Video editing services.)

Please note, the initial build will not include a separate SEO, email, online scheduling, chat, or eCommerce solution. We will advertise services online but will not accept payments for online orders.

The site will be built using some commonly understood Foundational (on-page) SEO best practices. Modern Yellow® does not guarantee ranking in any position in any search engine for any particular keyword, phrase or search term as part of the web design or monthly care package services. If the client desires extensive SEO services in the future, we can also provide a referral to one or more companies that offers a full range of SEO and Local Search services.
